Commentary
Compact 2-way speaker system.
Since it is small, it is a setting-free type that can be used for various applications.
A 10 cm cone type woofer is used for the low range.
A special manufacturing method pulp cone is used for the diaphragm, and a high compliance roll edge is used for the edge.
In addition, a large magnet and 4-layer voice coil are used for the magnetic circuit, realizing high input resistance that cannot be obtained with 2-layer winding.
A 2.5 cm soft dome type tweeter is used for the high range.
The diaphragm is made of Tetoron cloth, which is heat-molded into a dome shape, and acrylic damping agent is applied twice on the top to obtain a uniform shape.
In contrast to the woofer, the voice coil uses a single-layer coil with large merits, and the magnetic circuit uses strontium ferrite magnet.
By cutting the top plate, a high magnetic flux density of 11000 gauss has been obtained.
The enclosure is made of North American high density particle board with a walnut veneer finish.
R-shaped walnut is also used in the corner part.
The speaker terminals are screw-type and are compatible with high-quality speaker cables.
