Commentary
A semi-automatic record player.
Equipped with semi-automatic mechanism, auto cut and Oatley turn are possible.
When the play is finished, the arm automatically returns to the arm rest and the turntable stops. To stop the play, pull the reject lever to perform the same action.
A belt drive system using AC synchronous motor is adopted for the mechanism part, and a 30 cm aluminum die-cast turntable is adopted for the turntable.
The newly developed static balanced tone arm is used for the tone arm.
The anti-skating mechanism that cancels the inside force of the arm uses a weight type that has been used only in high-end machines until now. The anti-skating lever has a 6-scale from 1.5g to 4.0g, and the anti-skating force can be adjusted according to the needle pressure.
For the head shell, we have adopted a head shell that is machined from solid aluminum and processed by extrusion region processing.
The cartridge uses M95ED manufactured by Schur.
With an emphasis on operability, the queuing lever of the hydraulic arm lifter is laid out with the reject lever at hand.
The cabinet is made of particleboards and the exterior has a silk-sound finish.
In addition, a special double-structured insulator is used for the legs, and external vibrations and vibrations from the floor are suppressed by the air suspension mechanism that contacts the player body and the hard rubber that supports it.
