Model 510M
Commentary

This is a stereo power amplifier with designs such as Disi Peter and 2-layer PC-board.

The Model510M is a stereo power amplifier with a meter.
The Model510 has a simple design with the 510M VU meter removed.

The power transistors are series parallel in two stages and two columns. The output stage consists of eight transistors per channel, a total of 16 transistors facing each other.

The power transistor is cooled by a heat dissipation device called a Finger Heat Disi Peter.
This system was developed based on NASA technology and consists of 12 radiating fingers. With this system, turbulence is generated around the 12 fingers with a small amount of air flow. This enables cooling with high efficiency even when the cooling fan rotates at low speed.
In addition, the fan noise is reduced because the speed of the cooling fan is automatically changed to 2 stages by output.

The amplifier circuit is mounted on a 2-layer printed circuit board.
This protects the sensitive semiconductor part from the heat of the power transistor, and the drive stage wiring, which requires capacitance, is patterned on the second layer board with a margin to achieve both compactness and high quality.

Resin and rock powder are press-fitted into the transformer used in the power supply section to eliminate booming by eliminating the internal space.

We use double-sided soldering for parts soldering.

Mahogany wood cabinet was sold separately as an option.
