Commentary
FM/AM tuner equipped with unique flash tuning system.
A newly developed flash tuning system is installed to achieve accurate and comfortable tuning.
When the tuning knob is turned close to the FM station, the indicator (5 LED) flashes to indicate the tuning direction. At the point where the flashing stops, accurate tuning is performed. At the same time, the indicator replaces the signal strength and displays the strength of the input signal in five levels.
The IF stage employs a two stage configuration of linear phase ceramic filter with low phase difference, low distortion, and high selectivity.
It uses Kado Racea detection ICs with a wide bandwidth, low distortion factor, and high SN ratio.
The multiplex section uses a PLL multiplex system with high separation characteristics and low distortion rate.
It has a built-in test tone oscillator with an output equivalent to 50% modulation at a frequency of 440 Hz.
Uses a cabinet with a natural rosewood veneer finish.
