Commentary
This is a Bridd series cassette deck.
GT transport is adopted for the mechanism part.
In GT Transport, the capstan bearing and pinch roller bearing are integrally molded with the motor frame chassis, ensuring that the capstan shaft and pinch roller shaft are strictly perpendicular to the chassis and perfectly parallel to each other.
As a result, a high-precision dual capstan system has been realized and tape stability has been ensured.
The head is equipped with a newly developed original 3-head configuration including a recording / reproducing combination head.
The recording head is a 3 μ - gap Sendust head composed of three layers of Sendust material, which is advantageous for recording high-frequency signals. The reproducing head is made of HIP-ferrite with a 0.8 μ - gap, which has excellent high-frequency characteristics, and achieves both excellent high-frequency characteristics and high reproduction output.
The erase head uses a ferrite / sendust composite head and an asymmetric dual gap to make the erase more complete.
Equipped with auto mechanisms such as auto monitor, auto tape selector, music search, and time memory.
Equipped with a manual calibration function, it is possible to achieve the maximum performance of the tape by pursuing the bias, level and equalizer severely.
The equalizer circuit has a 50 μ s metal position in addition to the conventional 70 μ s metal position.
It is possible to reduce the noise by approximately 3 dB in the middle and high frequencies, which are important for music playback.
