ALPINE/LUXMAN K-105
¥ 60,000 (released in October 1985)
Commentary
Auto-reverse deck series auto-reverse deck.
The Oatley berth mechanism uses a rotary head system to ensure the best matching between the recording / re-amplifier and the head.
A high-precision aluminum die-cast head loading mechanism is used for the rotating part that requires precision, and oilless metal is used for the bearing part to achieve high precision and high durability.
The circuit design uses the S. T. A. R. circuit that is used in the Brid series amplifiers.
This system achieves smooth signal flow by completely eliminating the sharing of the power feed line and ground line in the circuit, and improves the S/N ratio in the sense of hearing.
As a noise reduction system, Dolby B and Dolby C are installed.
The control section is computer-based and equipped with functions such as music search, intro-scan and blank skip.
The recorder / re-head uses a Hexaram recorder / re-head with six layers of hard permalloy laminated to improve magnetic characteristics.
Also, a dual-gap ferrite head is used for the erasing head.
