A pure electronic peak indicator that can display the peak output of the preamplifier as well as the peak output of the power amplifier.

Peak output is displayed in 3-dB steps between + 3 dB and -30dB with 12 LEDs per channel.
Compared with mechanical peak meters, this method provides a more accurate peak indication with no delay in indication. In addition to improving visibility by providing a certain amount of holding time, this method is designed so that music signals disappear sequentially from the LEDs indicating peaks so that they can be easily perceived visually.

Equipped with a peak hold function, the maximum instantaneous peak level of the program source can be stopped with one LED and the current peak level can also be displayed continuously.

With the function switch, you can select the peak output display of the power amplifier and the output display of the preamplifier, as well as the respective display sensitivities.

The circuit configuration consists of a full-wave rectifying circuit to detect all signals thoroughly, a peak detection circuit with a certain holding time so that the peak value of the signal can be seen easily, a comparator to turn on 12 LEDs per channel at an appropriate level, a flip-flop circuit to see the peak value simultaneously while holding the peak value, and a logic circuit.
High-performance operational amplifier ICs and digital ICs are used for comparators, flip-flop circuits and logic circuits.

In the Laboratory Reference Series, in which legs are attached to the lower part and metal brackets are attached to the upper part, and these are supported by metal supports, so that when the product is stacked, an excessive load is not applied to the product lying below.
In addition, the legs and brackets fit together perfectly so that they do not slip or fall over.

As an optional part sold separately, there was a standard rack mounting bracket of EIA standard.
