Commentary
A pre-main amplifier with variable crossover MFB (motional feedback) function.
It is equipped with variable crossover MFB which is the MFB system developed by LAX.
With this method, the amplifier can automatically compensate for the low-frequency characteristics of the speakers that are attenuated below fo according to the individual system, thereby improving the characteristics below fo.
The SQ63 is equipped with a selector switch. When MFB is not required, it can be used in the same way as general amplifiers by switching to NFB circuit.
The balance meter uses a unique output meter with independent left and right channels.
The use of carefully selected vacuum tubes and the circuit design using DC ignition suppresses hum.
An art bond is used for the case.
This is a plywood made by strongly adhering vinyl chloride film to a metal plate. It has the characteristics of suppressing color fading, preventing scratches and stains, and providing high electrical insulation.
* About the speakers to be combined
In the catalog, a sealed speaker was recommended as a speaker without disturbance in the speaker impedance characteristics.
