Commentary
A tube type preamplifier developed as the best product that can be used for professionals.
The S/N ratio is improved by driving all the carefully selected low-noise tubes 12AX7 with direct current.
NF type is used for the equalizer circuit.
There are three types of compensation circuits : TAPE, RIAA, and SP (eu-based). The compensation can be performed within 1 dB of the error from the specified characteristic.
The input transformer 6325X made by Lux is mounted on each left and right channel, and low sensitivity cartridge such as MC type can be directly used.
Since the input impedance can also be switched, a low-impedance dynamic microphone can be used directly by setting the equalizer to MIC (flat).
The tone control is equipped with NF type tone control of LUX method.
The PX21 has a click stopper at the flat point so that it can be set easily by hand.
NF-type filter circuit is used.
The pre-out terminal is designed to reduce the output impedance to 500 ohm.
This prevents degradation of high-frequency characteristics due to external hum induction or stray capacity between the cable and the power amplifier.
Equipped with a stereo balance meter that incorporates two meters into one mechanism.
It is equipped with functions such as loudness control, phase selector switch, and tape connector.
The exterior uses a laminate of vinyl and metal called Art Bond, which is processed by a unique press technology to realize a unique design.
