Commentary

Pure class A pre-main amplifier developed by adopting original custom parts.

The power supply section is equipped with a large-capacity power transformer that enhances not only static characteristics but also dynamic energy supply capability. In addition, the regulator circuit and constant voltage circuit are composed of unique custom parts.

The volume control is equipped with an ultra-large rotary switch type Ultimate attenuator developed by Lux.
Based on a 32-contact rotary switch made of a glass-epoxy gold-plated substrate, non-magnetic resistors are mounted one by one. This improves the limit of sound quality caused by stray current in sliding parts and contact material, which occurs in general continuously variable volume.
Furthermore, it is housed in a shield case made of aluminum die-cast and extruded material to eliminate the effect on sound quality.

Based on the circuit design concept of input selector + power amplifier, the signal path from the input terminal to the speaker terminal is simplified.
A gold contact relay is used for the switching of the input for 10 systems. By switching the input close to the input terminal, the routing of the signal path is minimized. In addition, since this relay circuit switches not only the hot side but also the ground side, all the circuits except for the selection signal circuit are completely isolated to realize a pure signal path.
In addition, the speaker A/B switch and the headphone port have been eliminated for complete simplification.

High-performance parts such as gold plated cap non-magnetic resistance, copper foil styrene condenser, pure focus type electrolytic condenser and high-purity copper cable are adopted.

The bottom chassis is made of high-rigidity, large-mass ceramic special FRP, and the five point insulator reduces the influence of external and internal vibrations.

It uses tone control with an emphasis on phase, allowing natural correction.
