Commentary
An integrated amplifier developed with the aim of reproducing music expression more pure.
The circuit system uses a pure A-class system that always supplies a large amount of current, ensuring extremely high power quality.
In addition, by utilizing the characteristics of the pure A-class system with excellent instantaneous response and by controlling the auditory phase of the music against the time axis, it is able to cope with constantly fluctuating music playback.
The power supply section is equipped with a large capacity power transformer, and the regulator circuit and constant voltage circuit are equipped with many unique custom parts.
By eliminating the complex routing of signal paths and bottlenecks in sound quality, we have increased the ability to play music by simplifying it.
For example, a nitrogen gas sealed contact relay is used to switch the input terminal at the optimum position close to the input terminal to minimize the routing of the signal path. In addition, since this relay circuit switches not only the hot side but also the ground side, all parts except the selection signal circuit are completely disconnected, realizing an extremely pure signal path.
In addition, in order to simplify the signal path, the speaker A/B switching and the headphone terminal are eliminated.
The volume uses an Ultimate attenuator.
Since the contact surface of a general continuously variable volume slides on a resistor, the sound quality has been considered to be limited by stray current in the sliding part and contact material.
The Ultimate Attenuator adopted in the L-570Z's is a rotary switch type attenuator. It is based on a 32-contact rotary switch made of glass epoxy gold plated substrate, and non-magnetic resistors are mounted one by one. This overcomes the sound quality defect of continuously variable volume.
In addition, the L-570Z's has been improved for its exclusive use and is housed in a shield case made of aluminum die-cast and extruded material.
The bottom chassis is made of high-rigidity, large-mass ceramic-containing special FRP, which completely eliminates resonance that makes sound muddy. In addition, the legs are equipped with 5-point grounding insulators to reduce the influence of external and internal vibrations.
For the heat sink, we have independently developed and adopted a high-efficiency radiator made of pure copper with high heat radiation effect and steep attenuation characteristics.
High-grade audio parts such as non-magnetic resistance using gold plated cap, copper foil styrene condenser, pure focus type electrolytic condenser, 6N (99.9999% Cu) cable are adopted.
A tone compensator is used in the tone correction circuit.
In this circuit, it is possible to perform natural phase correction instead of moving the f-special by a large amount as in tone control.
