This monaural power amplifier is designed to increase power while keeping Kroell's design philosophy unchanged.

The power amplifier section operates in pure A-class mode, and while seeking high power, the purity of sound is important.
A pure complimentary service circuit is used for the circuit structure, and by limiting NFB to 15 dB or less, the generation of dynamic distortion, which impairs the dynamic feeling of sound, is prevented.

The double power block for 200W is equipped with a combination of highly efficient heat radiation fins and a quiet cooling fan, and thermal distortion is eliminated by strict temperature control of 75 to 80 degrees Celsius.
The power supply unit has an extremely large capacity to increase not only the rated power value but also the current supply capability as spare capacity.
The output stage capacitor is 240,000 μ F, and the transformer is composed of a large toroidal transformer that is unprecedented for audio use. The output stage and pre-driver stage are supplied with separate power supplies, and the pre-driver stage is supplied with a dedicated power supply.
This power supply can produce a 800W class B-class amplifier. This powerful power supply can deliver a stable 1.6 kW power even when the impedance drops to 1 Ω. In this condition, it can even operate for 5 minutes continuously.

Equipped with a terminal for BTL connection.
In many cases, a typical BTL connection can obtain only about 3 times the output power. However, a BTL drive using two single KMA 200 channels can obtain a power close to 800W, which is almost the same as the calculated value.
