This pre-main amplifier has been announced as the highest integrated amplifier model with further scale-up based on the K300i.

A Pc250W class Motorola original power transistor is used for the output stage.

The preamplifier section has a full discrete / complimentary service configuration and uses a pure class A system.

A direct coupling configuration is adopted between the output of the preamp section and the input of the power amplifier, which is directly connected by the current mode.
This enables lossless transmission and fresh signal amplification that cannot be obtained with general voltage mode transmission.

A 2-kVA class power supply with a large toroidal transformer is used for the power supply.
The power supply circuit uses dedicated toroidal power transformers for the preamp and power amplifier respectively. The complete separation configuration eliminates the interference between stages.

Fully balanced analog volume is used for the volume part.
This volume is an evolution of the analog volume of the R2R ladder resistor device used in the K300i. The left and right channels are fully balanced with independent hot and cold channels, and the volume is adjusted by an electrically isolated optical rotary encoder isolated optical rotary encoder that simultaneously switches four pairs of resistor taps.
This configuration prevents noise generation, degradation of transient / phase characteristics, and sound quality change due to attenuation, which cannot be avoided structurally with a normal variable resistor.

Equipped with a theater throughput function, the gain of the power amplifier is fixed for a specific input system, and it can be adjusted collectively from external devices such as a processor.

Built-in pre-out terminal for parallel output.

Trigger input / output / RC-5 terminal for remote operation is mounted.

Wireless remote control is included.
