Commentary

This is a symmetrical vertical array 3-way floor type speaker system that uses a full-band with full dynamics design unit created by Project K2 technology.

The low range is equipped with 1200 fe which is a 30 cm cone type woofer.
The diaphragm of this unit is made of Kevlar composite cone, which is made by mixing Kevlar fiber with pulp material to improve the composition. The back of the cone is coated with Aqua-Plus coating to eliminate split vibration. The damper is a double damper with high linearity.
The magnetic circuit is equipped with a new symmetrical field geometry (SFG) circuit, an aluminum ribbon and edgewise wound voice coil, a bent pole piece that effectively removes heat from the voice coil, and an aluminum die-cast frame, enabling low-distortion, high-power low-frequency reproduction.

The mid-range is equipped with a horn type mid-range, and the driver unit is equipped with a 435 al 7.5 cm compression driver.
An aluminum diaphragm is used for the diaphragm, and a magnetic circuit using a lightweight aluminum ribbon voice coil and a high flux neodymium magnet is used.
The phase plug uses the rapid flare type used in the professional unit.

A horn type tweeter is installed in the high range, and a 2.5 cm compression driver 045 ti is installed.
A pure titanium diaphragm is used for the diaphragm. A lightweight aluminum ribbon voice coil is wrapped around the pure titanium diaphragm which is integrally molded at the edge, and a magnetic circuit using a high flux neodymium magnet is arranged to obtain high durability as well as high sensitivity and high output.

An integrated horn is used for the mid-range and high-range.
By using high-density, high-rigidity SonoGlass for high processing accuracy as horn material, the horn for high frequency into the upper part of the horn for middle frequency, and two drivers are incorporated.
In addition, a three dimensional curved rib integrated with the horn is provided to prevent disturbance of frequency characteristics at the protruding part of the horn and to control acoustic diffraction from the upper and lower woofer.

The network is equipped with separate and independent networks for low-band and mid-band or higher.
JBL's unique charge-coupled linear definition method eliminates nonlinear distortion by applying a DC-bias to the capacitor.
Two sets of speaker terminals are available for bi-wiring connection, and active bi-amplifier drive is also available by switching modes.
In addition, it is equipped with an HF trim switch that can finely adjust the level of the mid-range.

High-rigidity MDF material is used for the enclosure.
While it is a slim design that does not take up much space, the inside is carefully trimmed.
The exterior is finished with a mahogany natural wood finish with a high-gloss mirror finish.

Comes with a large spike foot that can be installed in a minimized floor area.
