Commentary
Floor speaker system with 25 cm double woofer and high performance compression driver.
Two 25 cm cone type units are installed in the low range.
Pure pulp cone with corrugation rib is used for the diaphragm to suppress the generation of divided vibration. In addition, aluminum die-cast (deformed square) frame is used for the frame. By narrowing the frame width on the top, bottom, left and right sides, the empty space between units is reduced and sufficient strength is ensured.
The middle area is equipped with a compression driver using 5 cm (2 inch) diameter pure titanium diaphragm.
A neodymium magnet is used for the magnetic circuit, and a high rigidity aluminum die-cast back cover with a loose back cavity is used for the back cover.
In addition, a biradial horn made by MDF is used for the horn, providing uniform sound pressure in the listening area with 90 ° horizontal x 40 ° vertical directivity.
A 2.5 cm (1 inch) ring-type tweeter is installed in the high range.
A tempered ドピュア titanium diaphragm is used for the diaphragm and the rigidity is increased by heat treatment. In addition, an exponential horn gap is formed on the front of the unit by a combination of a bullet-shaped inner horn and a trumpet-shaped outer horn, ensuring high energy for SACD and DVD audio in the ultra-high frequency range.
The network circuit consists of a separate network for low and high frequencies, and high-quality parts such as air-core coils and high-quality film -quality film capacitors to ensure high sound quality.
There are two sets of speaker terminals, one for the low range and the other for the high range. Bi-wiring connection and passive bi-amplifier drive are also available.
The tall boy system is used for the enclosure.
MDF material is used for the plate material, and the inside is carefully trimmed to eliminate resonance that makes the sound muddy.
Exterior finished with deep maple natural wood butt-plate finish.
