Commentary
The LX series speaker system pursues deeper and more natural sound.
Two 20 cm cone type woofers are installed in the lower range.
In order to finish the diaphragm with lighter weight, higher rigidity and sufficient internal loss, this unit is laminated with a unique high-polymer composite material on the pulp base to enable instantaneous low-frequency playback characteristic of digital sources.
In addition, the LX66 is equipped with two units to improve the sense of volume and density in the low range while ensuring a sufficient response speed.
The mid-range is equipped with a 12.5 cm cone type mid-range.
This unit is completed with unique technologies for the frame, voice coil, magnetic circuit, and diaphragm.
A dome type tweeter using a pure titanium diaphragm is mounted in the high range.
Both sides of the enclosure are rounded to prevent degradation of sound quality due to diffraction diffraction effect of sound. In addition, urethane treatment is applied around the unit to suppress the reflection of reproduced sound, making it possible to reproduce sound in a natural sound field.
The exterior comes in two color variations, rosewood and black.
