L50
Commentary

A speaker system with a unique grill design.

A 25 cm cone woofer 127A is installed in the low range.
A ribbed corn is used for the cone paper to reduce distortion caused by split vibration. In addition, a 10 cm diameter center dome is used to reproduce sound up to the mid-range with a margin and improve directional characteristics.
The magnetic circuit uses a 5 cm diameter voice coil with copper ribbon wire edgewise winding to improve efficiency, transient response and input resistance characteristics. The magnet uses an Alnico V magnet with high magnetic flux density, and the gap with the voice coil is narrowed to concentrate magnetic force.
The L50 has a basket-shaped glass wool shell on the back of the 127A to make the impedance characteristics flatter.

13 cm cone type Skoka LE5-10 is mounted in the middle area.
The use of a 2.2 cm diameter voice coil and a strong magnetic circuit with high magnetic flux density improves efficiency and transients. The use of hard cone paper prevents deformation due to instantaneous large input. The use of an aluminum center dome provides reproduction capability up to the high frequency band and improves connection to the high sound range.
In the development of this unit, the material and composition of the cone have been improved by conducting holographic analysis on the operating speaker using a fast-reacting laser beam.
The LE5-10 of the L50 is housed in a completely sealed back cavity filled with sound absorbing material, reducing interference from the woofer and reducing distortion.

The LE26, a 3.6 cm cone type tweeter, is installed in the high range.
This unit uses a 1.6 cm diameter voice coil and a strong magnetic circuit with a high magnetic flux density of 15,000 Gauss to improve the transient characteristics in the high-frequency range. In addition, the unit diameter is 3.6 cm to improve the directional characteristics especially at 3 kHz or higher.
In addition, the outer circumference of the cone paper is covered with a hard material with a gentle gradient. By removing harmful reflection by the gradient, phase distortion is effectively removed and directional disturbance is improved.

The network section is designed using new technology to flatten the impedance and correct the phase, and uses carefully selected parts such as low-loss air-core inductors, high-voltage capacitors, and resistors to reduce distortion.
In addition, the baffle plate is equipped with a continuously variable level control for the middle and high frequency ranges to adjust the characteristics.

The enclosure uses a 19 mm thick high-density particle board with excellent plate vibration. The inside is filled with sound absorbing material to suppress standing waves. The unit layout uses inline mounting, which is mounted in a straight line, to make the connection of each sound range smooth.

A new type of one touch terminal is used for the input terminal, making it difficult to come off and reducing contact resistance.

The exterior has a walnut finish.
Also, there was a wavy diagonal line on the grill and there were 3 colors of blue, red and brown.
