Commentary
A center speaker developed for home theaters with large horn systems such as ProjectK2 S5800 and S4800, studio monitor 4348 and 4338 as main speakers.
Units of 25 cm cone type woofer 1000 fe are installed in the low range.
It uses pure pulp corn paper carefully selected for high-quality acoustic voice playback. It uses an oversized ferrite magnet with the largest diameter in its class for the magnetic circuit. It also uses a large diameter dual-layer copper voice coil and butyl rubber edge with excellent amplitude characteristics for stable continuous playback.
The middle area is equipped with a 7.5 cm diameter compression driver 435 al that adopts an aluminum diaphragm.
In addition, it is equipped with a compression driver 045 ti using a pure titanium diaphragm of 2.5 cm diameter in the high frequency range, and a neodymium magnet is adopted in the magnetic circuit to realize high efficiency.
The horn part adopts a high-precision SonoGlass combination biradial horn by integral mold molding, and mounts 435 al and 045 ti.
The network section uses carefully selected parts such as polypropylene film condenser and large diameter gauge low-loss air-core coil. In addition, the low-frequency network and the middle-high frequency network are separated to eliminate electrical and magnetic interference.
Equipped with an HF trim switch that enables fine adjustment of the high-pass driver level according to the main system and layout to be combined.
It adopts a symmetrical arrangement unit layout in which an HF/UHF combination horn is sandwiched between two 25 cm woofer units. By aligning the center axes of the woofer and mid-range driver, clear center orientation is achieved.
The MDF cabinet is completed after analyzing the noise and distortion caused by the cabinet.
Biwire connection and passive biamplifier drive are supported.
Comes with a large spike foot that can minimize the contact area with the floor surface.
