Horn type tweeter using 5-layer structure diaphragm.

A newly developed special 5-layer structure is used for the diaphragm to realize a lightweight and highly rigid diaphragm.
This diaphragm is made of a sandwich structure consisting of a thin glass fiber, a thermosetting resin, and an ultrathin thermoplastic resin film with a special metal vapor deposition on the surface. It is light, has a large elastic coefficient, and is made of very thin glass fiber. This structure eliminates the rattling sound that is often seen in metal diaphragms, and provides clear tone and excellent transient characteristics.

The horn part uses a hypervolic type with aluminum alloy cut all over.

Alnico magnet is used for the magnet.

It comes with a dedicated speaker base and can be mounted on top of an enclosure, etc.
When mounting on the baffle surface, make a mounting hole 71 mm in diameter in the baffle and fix it using the supplied mounting brackets (3 pieces).

Application example of FT60H

  • UP203S+FT60H+N20+BK45

The UP203S and FT60H are well connected and can make a sound with good sharpness.
The enclosure is a phase inversion type with an internal volume of 45 liters, the duct is 80 φ x120mm, and the network uses N20.

  • FP253+FT60H+BK70

Configuration example of 2-way system combining 25 cm full range unit FP253 with FT60H.
The enclosure uses 70-liter BK70 for phase inversion, and the duct is 100 φ x150mm.
