Commentary

A speaker system using FE 103 Σ as a squaker.

FE 103 Σ, a 10 cm cone type unit, is used for the mid-range, which realizes the sound quality with an emphasis on the mid-range.

A newly designed 30 cm cone woofer is installed in the low range.
In addition, two units, a 6 cm horn type tweeter and a 2.5 cm dome type tweeter, are installed in the high band to improve the directional frequency characteristics.

The enclosure uses an air suspension system (closed system).
This system is a sealed structure, and by supporting the vibration system of the woofer by the stiffness of the air in the enclosure, excellent transient characteristics and distortion characteristics are obtained up to the lowest sound range.
The exterior has a walnut oil finish.
