Commentary
This is a floor-type speaker system of the Interface series equipped with the same tweeter as the high-grade model.
A 20 cm cone woofer is installed in the middle and low range, and a 30 cm cone radiator is installed in the low range.
This radiator is driven by a 20 cm woofer in the same way as a conventional passive radiator. Interface : BIII does not simply support the lower frequencies, but rather allows the radiator to receive almost all of the lowest frequencies. It is combined with a 6 dB boost from a special SEQ equalizer to achieve excellent bass reproduction.
It is equipped with a 3.8 cm superdome tweeter equipped with an acoustic lens in the high range.
This unit uses a large magnet and a high-efficiency magnetic circuit in which magnetic fluid is sealed in the voice coil gap, resulting in efficiency two to four times higher than that of the conventional dome type. The dome is made of two layers of phenol and resin.
The front of the dome is equipped with an acoustic lens of acoustic form, which greatly improves the directional characteristics in the ultra-high range.
The enclosure is hermetically sealed.
