CS-PCM stereo tuner with ALPHA processor.
The D/A converter is equipped with an ALPHA processor with analog waveform reproduction technology.
In order to reproduce the nuance of the original sound lost through digitization, this circuit interpolates digital data so that it is as close as possible to the original analog waveform, and reproduces 16-bit data with 20-bit quality.
In addition, a 20-bit Lambda S. L. C. for D/A conversion of the signal reproduced in 20-bit is mounted independently on the left and right sides. The 0 cross distortion that occurs in principle during D/A conversion is eliminated by adding a unique conversion error correction.
The heart of CS-PCM broadcast reception is equipped with a newly developed Viterbi complex IC, which ensures highly accurate demodulation and stable reception even when receiving with a small antenna or when signals are attenuated due to bad weather.
Two optical output terminals are mounted on the rear and front to facilitate digital to digital air checks such as MD and DAT.
