Commentary
This is a floor-type speaker system that is the top-of-the-line model of the Columbia Denon Series which was a high-end series at that time.
A 41 cm cone woofer is used for the low range, a 20 cm cone squaker for the middle range, and a horn type tweeter and two 5 cm cone tweeters for the high range, for a total of three.
The mid-range is designed with particular emphasis on sound separation, while the high-range uses three tweeter units with lightweight voice coils, special dampers and non-reflective edges.
The enclosure is made of 20 mm thick lauan plywood with Eurasian cheek material on the surface and polyurethane open-pore finish.
The front net is not removable.
Equipped with a level control that enables 3-step switching of the level of the tweeter / squaker in approximately 2 dB steps.
Equipped with multi-amplifier terminal.
