Commentary

A two way speaker system that uses a highly rigid D.A. S. (Dynamic Acoustic Scatter) structure enclosure.

A 22 cm cone type unit is used for the low range.
The diaphragm uses a lightweight and highly rigid carbon cloth composite diaphragm made of a composite sheet of carbon fiber and glass fiber bound with a resin with appropriate internal loss. This diaphragm is driven by a magnetic circuit using barium ferrite with a diameter of 100 mm.
Aluminum die-cast frame is used for the frame to provide a solid structure and the surface is polished with diamond cut spin finish.

A 2.5 cm dome type is adopted for the high frequency band, and it is precisely assembled with die-cast frame.
The tweeter is secured by Denon's unique R. M. M. (Rigid Monocoqe Mount) structural mounting method.
This method is a mounting method such as embedding in a thick baffle board, which reduces the modulation distortion in the middle and high frequency range.

A dedicated audio capacitor is used for the network.

The enclosure has a D.A. S. structure with a bass reflex structure using a rigid particle board.
This structure pursues an ideal ultra-rigid and non-resonant structure. Porous ceramics are installed on the top plate of the enclosure. Due to its characteristics, harmful standing waves inside are dissipated and absorbed, and the top plate, side plate and back plate are firmly connected.
In addition, a round baffle with a radius of 20 mm suppresses the diffraction phenomenon of sound.
The exterior has a reduced Persimmon wood-grain finish.

A screw-type crimping terminal is used for the input network.
