CD transport using top-loading mechanism.

Top loading mechanism is adopted for the mechanism part, and tray part which tends to cause vibration is eliminated.
In addition, a special air shield is applied to the door opening, and aluminum die-cast is used for the door to shut out external light.

A thorough vibration suppression design has been adopted.
First, in order to prevent vibration propagation from the floor, we have adopted a heavy-weight chassis frame made of sand mold casting and an insulator made of a composite material of aluminum and sintered alloy. In addition, we have adopted a weight balance in pursuit of rigidity without vibration and a 3-layer floating structure that blocks vibration frequency by absorbing back vibration.
In addition, it uses a round form design to prevent external sound pressure and increase rigidity.

The disc is fixed with a large diameter stabilizer that is attached to the entire surface of the disc. The light from the pickup is kept vertical and the micro-pits are accurately read. This reduces servo current without relying on the interpolation of the signal processing section.

A linear motor is used as the drive motor, and the laser is irradiated at right angles to the CD surface by floating without contact and without using a gear. The linear motor improves the resolution of the fine feed of the pickup, and achieves high reading accuracy.

In addition to the development and adoption of a high-torque cogging less motor, we have reduced reading errors caused by spindle motor rotation by means of a ruby bearing, an extremely thick spindle shaft with a diameter of 6 mm, large read RAM capacity, and inertial use of a large-diameter heavy-weight stabilizer.

It supports five types of interfaces : ST-Link, Tos-Link, balanced line (AES/EBU balanced transmission) XLR, unbalanced line (two wire coaxial unbalanced transmission) RCA and BNC.

The high-precision crystal oscillator circuit equipped with Level I realizes extremely high-quality transmission.

Uses the ST Gen-Lock method to reduce jitter during digital transmission.

Wireless remote control is included.
