Commentary

This MD recorder uses the latest version of ATRAC.

ATRAC is equipped with newly developed ATRAC-IC with built-in 24 bit DSP.
In addition, data input / output to / from peripheral circuits is 20-bit, and combined with block floating arithmetic processing with much higher processing capability than conventional ones, excellent expressiveness and fine level signal reproduction are realized.
In addition, the algorithm for optimizing the bit allocation for input data has been completely updated to realize the reproducibility of residuals, expansion of dynamic range, and improvement of S/N ratio.

The D/A converter is equipped with Λ. S. L. C. in which 0 cross distortion does not occur in principle, and excellent reproducibility is obtained by the combination of 20 bit 8 times over sampling digital filter.

The A/D converter is equipped with 64 x oversampling enhanced dual-bit Δ Σ 20-bit A/D converter.

The digital and analog circuits are separated to reduce interference between the circuits.

Equipped with a disk recovery function.
By organizing part of the TOC (Table of Contents) data on a disc whose recordable time has decreased after many editing operations, you can make it closer to the original recordable time.

Equipped with an autotrek pause function, it automatically recognizes blank discs and enables speedy recording operations.

It is equipped with a level-synchronized recording function and can start recording by detecting audio input signals from various sources.

Equipped with a program move function, you can move multiple songs at once.

Equipped with various editing functions such as UNDO, Rehearse, A-B erase, Disc Name Erase, Track Name Erase, Divide, Combine, Move, and Erase.

Equipped with Memory Rec function.
When you press the MEMO. REC button on the remote control, you can start recording up to 6 seconds in advance using a pre-stored signal. This allows you to record without any head-clipping, such as air checks or live recordings.

Program playback of up to 25 songs and 3 repeat playback functions of 1 song / all songs / between A and B are equipped.

Can also be used as a D/A converter.

It is equipped with a sampling rate converter and supports various input sources such as DAT and BS broadcasting.

In addition to upper and lower case letters of alphabet, numbers and symbols, katakana characters can be input.

The digital input jacks are equipped with a Route 3 for two optical digital systems and one coaxial digital system, and one analog input system.

Timer recording is possible by combining commercially available timers.

There are 2 color variations.
