Commentary
Stereo receiver equipped with microphone mixing function.
The TUA 400 has a built-in microphone mixing circuit that allows you to mix the microphone input with sound from an external source.
Specially selected PNP-NPN genuine complimentary service circuit is adopted for the amplifier part.
The equalizer circuit consists of three elements using low-noise PNP-NPN transistors.
A low-noise silicon transistor and FET are used in the front end of the FM tuner to improve sensitivity so that stable reception can be achieved even in areas with weak electric field strength.
The IF stage employs a four stage configuration combining two ceramic filters and an IC, providing excellent effective selectivity and interference rejection capability.
It is equipped with an electronic FM mono-stereo automatic switching function. If the selector is set to FM-AUTO, stereo reception is automatically performed.
The preamplifier section and power amplifier section can be used independently.
Equipped with an audio muting circuit, the volume can be reduced by approximately 20 dB with one touch operation.
