Commentary
PRESTA201SA series pre-main amplifier.
The circuit system uses HC (High Current) single push-pull circuit which inherits the concept of UHC single push-pull circuit.
A high-speed rectifier diode and a large high-sound block capacitor are used in the power supply section to support output circuits using HC transistors.
Uses S. L. D.C. (Signal Level Divided Construction).
In this method, the small-signal circuit, large-signal circuit and microcomputer circuit are separated to suppress interference between the circuits.
A source direct circuit is mounted.
When the Source Direct is ON, the Bass, Treble, Loudness and Balance control circuits are bypassed to achieve a simple signal path.
Built-in pre-out terminal.
Equipped with a Rec out selector, it is possible to record behind the scenes such as dubbing from CD to MD while listening to radio broadcast.
It is equipped with a phono equalizer amplifier.
The display has a dimmer function, and the brightness can be changed to 4 levels.
Equipped with a speaker terminal for banana plug.
Comes with a multi-functional remote control for centralized control of the system.
The control dock for iPod can be connected, and the control dock ASD-1R (sold separately) can be connected using the system connector terminal.
You can also use the remote control included with the PMA-201SA for basic iPod operation.
