Commentary

An AV amplifier that supports Dolby surround sound.

The D/A converter is equipped with a multi-bit type D/A converter.
It is also equipped with an 18-bit A/D converter to enable pro-logic playback even in surround playback of analog sources.

It is equipped with D. D.S. C. digital and cinema equalizer in order to reproduce the sound field of the theater at home.
The D. D.S. C. Digital is a dynamic discrete surround circuit that supports digital input, developed by DENON, which was the first company in the world to install the THX5.1 in an AV amplifier. This circuit is based on its know-how.
In addition, the cinema equalizer adjusts the dialogue of a person, which has been recorded for frequency emphasis according to the sound field environment of the AV room.

Five identical full discrete amplifiers are used in the power amplifier section.

The power supply circuit circuit, the power amplifier block, microcomputer block, preamplifier block and three power transformers are made independent to eliminate mutual interference between each block.
In addition, the power cord is detachable.

The chassis structure adopts a separate configuration.
The analog circuit, digital circuit and control system display circuit are separated from each other, and the noise caused by the mutual interference between each part is suppressed by applying the complete shielding.

In addition to 10 audio inputs, one optical input, one coaxial digital input, and one RF input for the Dolby Digital AC-3 are installed.
In addition to the Line 5 audio outputs for audio and video equipment, it is equipped with a 5.1 ch output connector for the development of the separate type.
The video input is equipped with standard input and S-image input for each Line 5, and the outputs are equipped with four standard outputs and S-image output Route 3.

It is equipped with a multi-channel input terminal and can be used for MUSE3-1, MPEG multi-channel audio decoder and DTS audio decoder.

Equipped with an on-screen display function, you can make settings while watching the monitor screen.
The delay time can be set simply by inputting the distance to the speaker, and various parameter adjustments can be made easily by selecting the graphic displayed on the monitor screen according to the system environment.
In addition to the AUTO mode, the Manual mode allows you to adjust the volume level of each speaker while listening to a test tone.

Equipped with newly developed DSP for Dolby digital reproduction, you can choose from 11 surround modes.

Multi-functional remote control is included.
You can set up the system by adjusting the viewing position using the on-screen display function.
Equipped with a Personal Memory Plus function, you can store the surround mode, input level, channel level, surround parameters, etc. for all input sources.
It is equipped with a learning function with a pre-memory function, and the operation code of DENON AV component, LD player, VCR and TV of major domestic manufacturers are recorded in advance.
You can also control dialog normalization of disabled and elderly people participating in society, which cuts only the peak level, and dynamic compression, which compresses the entire dynamic range.
