Commentary
A ribbon type tweeter unit that is dynamic but does not have a voice coil.
The interior is simple and consists of an ultra-thin aluminum ribbon, approximately 6 mm wide and 8 cm long, suspended in the middle of a strong magnetic gap. The ribbon is a type of voice coil designed to move simultaneously as a diaphragm.
This causes an audio current to flow through the ribbon, causing the speaker to oscillate spontaneously according to the frequency and intensity of the signal.
The horn section is cast in light alloy.
