Commentary
Scarlatti series DSD/PCM D/A converter.
Scarlatti DAC supports 24/88.1, 24/96, 24/176.2, and 24/192 data-processing.
In addition, DSD signals can be processed as is via IEEE1394 or SDIF interfaces.
The D/A converter is equipped with a patented ring DAC.
With the ring DAC, data processing is performed by oversampling at 2.822MS/s with a sample rate of 5 bits, and the dynamic range is expanded to realize more realistic music playback.
In addition, the latest high-speed FPGA and DSP are produced in a unique format, and the 7th generation 8-layer board is used for the control board.
An excellent D/A converter has been realized by using a ring DAC as the core, digitizing a phase-locked loop and newly polishing circuits such as a class A analog output.
The IEEE1394 interface supports DSD data transfer, receives from transport and up-samplers such as DCs Scarlatti and Verdi, and directly converts the DSD format to analog.
DSD processing from the transport of other companies is not carried out because the transport of each company which is a latecomer adopts the software standard different from DCs.
Word clock input / output is mounted.
