MISSION Mission751
¥ 35,000 (1 unit, around 1995)
Commentary
A compact speaker system with reduced phase disturbance near the crossover point.
A 13 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit uses a precision injection molded polypropylene cone with a plastic surface treatment on the surface.
A 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
This unit uses 5-layer structural material and magnetic fluid.
The network section consists of 6 elements.
Mission751 uses a unit layout with the tweeter at the bottom and the woofer at the top to optimize longitudinal radiation and reduce phase disturbance near the crossover point.
The enclosure is molded with computer-controlled machine tool TFCT (Angle-Cut Cabinet Technology) using 25 mm thick MDF. The interior is damped with a viscous and elastic material to reduce noise pollution caused by resonance energy.
The exterior has a rosewood real wood finish.
Bi-wiring is supported.
