MISSION 761

Commentary

Compact 2-way speaker system.

The MISSION761 was developed as an advanced model of the 700 le, which became a bestseller as a synonym of mission speaker over the past 10 years or more.

The 761 has a design with the tweeter on the bottom and the woofer on the top.
As a result, the distance from the sound center to the ear of each unit is made equal, and sound image localization and sound field feeling are improved.

A 17.5 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit uses a newly developed magnetic circuit.

A 1.9 cm dome-shaped tweeter is installed in the high range.
Linearity is improved by adopting magnetic fluid cooling.

A unique network with less impedance waviness is used in the network section.

The enclosure is sealed and 18 mm thick plate material is used. By using MDF for the front baffle, unwanted resonance is suppressed.
The exterior has a black finish.

There was a speaker stand as an option sold separately.
This stand is made of steel and the speaker can be fixed with wood screws.
The stand has removable spikes on the legs.
