Commentary

This bookshelf-type speaker system is highly regarded in various countries.

In the United Kingdom, he received a "Best Buy" for a Speaker Of The Ear and a Hi-Fi Choice. In France, he received a "Decibel de Noor" award. In Austria, he received the title of "Wunder pediatrics".

The design of MISSION70 seems to differ greatly depending on the age.
In the 1983 catalog, it is described as a newly developed 17.5 cm special cone type woofer in the low range and a 2.5 cm soft dome type tweeter in the high range. In the 1987 catalog, it is described as a 17.7 cm cone type woofer in the low range and a 1.9 cm polymer dome type tweeter in the high range. Plastiflex is used in the low range.
There are also differences in characteristics, crossover frequency, and weight.

The enclosure uses a mission-specific particle duffel board, and the box itself has a sandwich structure to disperse and reduce enclosure resonance.

The terminal part is designed to be connected by 4 mm plug or wire.

There are 2 color variations, black and walnut.

The front grille cannot be removed.

The speaker stand sold separately was compatible.
