PCM7000
Commentary

A CD player with digital filters.

As a CD player of MISSION, it is the second generation product following DAD7000/DAD7000R.

The PCM7000 uses a 16-bit 4 x oversampling twin DAC configuration.
The filter uses a finite impulse response transversal filter to achieve an amplitude response of up to 0.02 dB in the audio band, a phase shift of up to 0.5 degree and an out-of-band suppression of 60 dB. The filter has a margin of 2 dB to ensure complete symmetry of the full-scale modulation transient signal.

A large power transformer is used for the power supply.
It is also equipped with independent power supply circuits for analog circuits, digital processing, pickup / servo, and display, and is coupled with optimized grounding technology to eliminate interference between circuits.

Equipped with an electronic volume control function.
Conventional circuits sometimes cause dynamic distortion, but the unique circuit mechanism of the mission reduces the distortion.

Equipped with a digital output terminal.

The chassis has a dual structure to minimize vibration effects on the pickup.
The sub-chassis is made by the injection molding method and uses a material with high hardness and vibration absorption to reduce resonance energy.

It is equipped with functions such as random music selection, 3-speed search, 10 dB attenuation and queuing.

It can be operated from a remote location using the included remote control.
