Commentary
A CD player with Philips' mechanism.
The mechanism section is equipped with CDM-9, a Philips data pickup mechanism, which realizes high-precision and high-speed access.
The D/A converter uses an 18-bit 8-times oversampling method.
It uses a clock module element that reduces jitter, which causes muddy sound.
The star earth system eliminates interference between the digital and analog sections.
DC power supply unit PSX-R is available.
