CORAL 8F-60

Commentary

F60 series 20 cm cone type full range unit that uses a powerful magnetic circuit.

Corn paper is made with carefully selected pulp mixed with chemical fibers and then treated with a newly developed Coral hardness treatment. This allows for both rigidity and moderate internal loss, and expands the piston range.

A dome-shaped super duralumin radiator for the high range is installed in the center of the cone paper to improve the high range characteristics and directivity.

The magnetic circuit uses a large ferrite magnet with an outer diameter of 160 mm.

Aluminum alloy die-cast frame is used for the frame to prevent unnecessary resonance.

It can be used for enclosure of closed system and bass reflex system.
It also recommended the use of a Coral bass-reflex enclosure kit EK-45 and a baffle plate 45B-8F designed specifically for 8F-60.

It was recommended to use an inner volume of 90 liters in case of using, and around 180 liters when using 4 tubes.
