Commentary
This is a bookshelf type speaker system of the FLAT-SD series which is an improved version of the long-selling FLAT series.
The unit uses a 20 cm double-cone type full-range speaker unit.
This unit is based on the well-known FLAT-8 and uses a ceramic magnet larger than the conventional one to improve efficiency and damping. In addition, new technology is introduced to the voice coil to increase allowable input.
Equipped with a high adjustment terminal.
If this terminal is connected to the negative side of the input terminal, the high-frequency range is reduced.
A bass reflex system is used for the enclosure.
In addition, by adopting a flat mounting method for mounting the unit, cavity resonance due to the thickness of the baffle hole is prevented.
The exterior is finished with a plug and equipped with a black net.
