Commentary

A speaker system employing a movable tweeter system.

In order to reproduce the stereo feeling of the program source more faithfully, the tweeter movable method is adopted.
On the CX-3, the tweeter can be moved by ± 90 ° in the left / right direction and ± 15 ° in the up / down direction in accordance with the listener position, making the sound image localization clearer.

A 20 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit uses light and strong corn paper and duralumin domes made from carefully selected pulp materials to expand the range of the woofer, and high-quality voice coils and ferrite magnets to improve the allowable input.

A 6.5 cm cone type tweeter is installed in the high range.
A special coating unique to Coral has been applied to the cone to suppress distortion caused by split vibration and realize high efficiency and clear sound quality.

The crossover frequency of the network section is determined by pursuing characteristics and hearing tests.
It is also equipped with a continuously variable level control.

High-density particle board is used for the enclosure, and it is a special bass reflex structure.
In addition, the exterior is coated with urethane metallic paint.
