Commentary
A bookshelf type speaker system developed based on a design concept that emphasizes sound quality.
A 25 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The diaphragm uses cone paper using the VLL method, and the distortion is improved by expanding the piston band, and linearity and high compliance are obtained by Coral's independently developed foamed rubber edge.
A die-cast frame is used for the frame to prevent resonance.
A soft dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm is coated with a special damping agent in the form of a sandwich, and controls the unnecessary amplitude in fo to obtain uniform motion over the entire dome.
CCAW is used for the voice coil to maintain the optimum mass balance with the diaphragm, expand the high-range limit, and greatly improve transient characteristics and resolution.
Equipped with a step-type level control, it can switch between 3 levels in the range of 2 kHz to 20 kHz.
The enclosure is hermetically sealed.
