This is a tube type pre-main amplifier from XENA AUDIO Co., which has a planning and design department in Copenhagen, Denmark and a main factory in Sweden.
In the preamplifier section, by using a relay for the input selector, noise penetration from other lines is eliminated and a high S/N ratio is secured.
It is also equipped with a full-scale phono equalizer using a vacuum tube.
The power amplifier section adopts a push-pull configuration using four EL34/6CA7 power stages.
The power transformer uses an original coverless large toroidal transformer, low distortion EI core output transformer, 4 Ω ・ 8 Ω independent speaker terminal for banana chip, etc. to realize a unique power stage structure.
All the main parts use Golden Dragon vacuum tubes made by PM Component Company in England.
Four 6CA7 units are used in the power section, three 12AX7A units are used in the driver's first stage and phono equalizer section, and two 12AU7A units are used in the equalizer section.
The front panel uses 8 mm thick aluminum shavings with hairline finish, and the well-balanced knob on the front uses tapered aluminum shavings.
The power cord uses a Verden shield type very thick power cord.
