Commentary
Speaker system using Italian solid walnut.
A 20 cm cone type woofer made of polypropylene cone is mounted in the low range.
The mid-range features a 3.9 cm soft dome mid-range, and the high-range features a 2.5 cm soft dome tweeter.
The network section uses a secondary link Witz-Riley type.
The enclosure uses a bass reflex system.
Italian solid walnut is used for the plate material. It is made through a luxurious process of cutting 38 mm thick walnut material to 30 mm. The structure is also acoustically examined. The use of thick solid wood suppresses unnecessary squealing, and uses a six sided round edge to eliminate diffraction effects and a bass reflex duct to improve transient characteristics.
It is finished by hand by Michaelangelo Dara Fontana.
