TL51ZmkII
Commentary

Belt-drive CD player with 24bit/192kHz DAC.

The mechanism uses a belt drive system.
The TL51ZmkII absorbs and blocks vibration and electromagnetic noise generated from the motor itself by separating the spindle motor from the mechanism chassis. In addition, the pickup unit is placed in the center of the housing and a special anti-vibration material is attached to the lower chassis to absorb and block sound pressure from the speaker and micro vibration from inside and outside.

A 300 gram weight stabilizer is used to reduce the effect of disc warpage and vibration.
In addition, the inertia moment of the stabilizer is effectively utilized through the belt to the low-torque spindle motor, and by taking advantage of its own flywheel effect, the rotational angular velocity is stabilized without being affected by motor current fluctuations and servo errors.

The D/A converter SM5865CM made by NPC has been newly adopted for the D/A conversion part.
In addition, a 0. 3nsec ultra-high-speed memory device is installed in the input section of the DAC circuit to enable ultra-high-speed digital transmission that is virtually jitter-free. Furthermore, the ringing distortion that occurs with the pulsating waveform is eliminated by the adoption of a linear flat filter.
Passive type is used for the I/V conversion part.

The analog section is a fully balanced non-feedback circuit and achieves single-end pure class A operation.

In addition to coaxial and optical digital outputs, AES/EBU (XLR) and CEC superlink are also installed.
The CEC Superlink minimizes sound quality degradation by transmitting audio and clock data separately without passing through SPDIF encoding.

Each stage of the power supply section is equipped with a large power supply equipped with a power supply enhancer. Especially around the DAC section, the digital and analog sections are completely separated.
We have also adopted our own time-constant amplifier, whose supply speed is not affected by the performance of transformers and capacitors, to reduce noise level and increase speed.
