Commentary

This is the fourth generation of Preamp 808, released in 1980.

The full modular design allows for configuration to meet your needs.
As input, one balanced Route 6 and one unbalanced Route 3 are standard specifications. You can add balanced and one unbalanced line such as Phono and Tape.
In addition, one balanced and one unbalanced output system is provided, and another system can be added.

The gain stage is designed using Blumester's own Class A operation X amplifier.
The signal path uses a pure DC coupling method that does not use a capacitor.

The volume section uses a high-precision resistance switching type volume controller that is left-right independent and completely symmetric.

The power supply is designed as a separate chassis for complete isolation of harmful noise from audio circuits that handle delicate small signals.

Silver cables unique to Burgundy are used for internal wiring.

Comes with a heavy metal finish base board that shuts out external vibration.

Includes wireless remote control with metal finish.
Volume adjustment and input selection are possible with this remote control.
