Commentary
A 3-way speaker system with mid-range added to the B-312.
It is equipped with a 30cm2-way coaxial speaker unit B-207A for low and high frequencies.
This unit is a combination of a 30 cm cone type woofer B-199A and a 5 cm cone type tweeter B-200Y for a total of 3 units.
The B-199A uses felted paper cone with wool mixed in pulp to achieve light weight, hardness and high compliance, as well as low distortion bass.
In addition, the vibration plate of B-200Y is made by dumping the metal diaphragm in a special method to suppress the wild behavior of the characteristics, and a smoother playback sound is obtained.
The mid-range is equipped with a 16 cm cone type mid-range B-209B.
In this unit, the metal diaphragm is dumped by a special method similar to the B-200Y to suppress the characteristic wild behavior.
N-10102 is used for the network part in order to support B-209B.
The enclosure is identical to the B-312 and has a walnut oil finish on the exterior.
The terminal section is equipped with a multi-amplifier selector switch and multi-amplifier terminal.
