Commentary

A stereo power amplifier in pursuit of delicate and precise sound quality.

Each output section of the Model410 is located on a separate heat sink module with two electrical connectors that connect the modules together. The heat sink has a thermal radiation area of 330 sq inches, and each module is placed vertically to allow natural heat reflux to flow above the amplifier.
A specially developed power transistor is used for this output stage and a military-grade glass epoxy substrate is used for the output circuit board.

The input amplifier stage is composed of high speed (15 MHz) and high slew rate (50 V / μ s).

Both channels are equipped with a peak meter using 10 LEDs.
The sensitivity of this meter can be changed in three levels : 0 dB, -10dB, and -20dB.

The protection circuit features a turn-on / off and relay circuit that eliminates the speaker pop noise, as well as fail-safe speaker protection.
The Model410 uses a relay output protection circuit that uses the magnetic arc cutoff phenomenon, based on research results that it is simple and reliable.

The parts used are first class products such as GE electrolytic capacitors and Sprag capacitors, Arlen Bradley resistors, Motorola and RCA transistors, Verden cords, and ITT products.
In addition, a large and highly reliable relay timer is used for speaker protection.

The input gain can be controlled independently on the left and right.

Equipped with a speaker selector switch of rating 20A, A-B switching comparison at high power level is possible.
In addition, it has a headphone port, and you can enjoy it only with headphones by setting the speaker selector to the OFF position.
