Commentary
Speaker system announced as a successor model of Ba204.
The unit is equipped with ALTEC Lansing 10 cm cone type speaker CF204-8A.
In this unit, an acoustically isolated dome is mounted in the center to provide a wide range of directional characteristics while playing back to high frequencies, and a rust-resistant speaker frame and special high-humidity cone paper are used.
Specially processed 12-mm-thick Yonematsu plywood is used for the enclosure.
Also, it has been changed to a slit type bass reflex port in Ba402.
The speaker connector is gold contact type, and the internal bus cable between the speaker unit and connector is made of high-purity copper wire.
