Commentary
A stereo cassette deck with built-in Dolby system and original MQS system.
In order to solve the hissing of cassette tapes, a Dolby noise reduction system is installed.
In the フォルテッシモ of music, hissing that is masked and unnoticeable becomes annoying when the program is pianissimo because the level of music and the level of hissing become close to each other. Therefore, the Dolby Noise Reduction System automatically raises the recording level when the program is pianissimo and lowers the recording level when the program is played back to create a level difference from the apparent hissing.
As a result, we have succeeded in reducing tape hiss and playing back the rich musical nature of the program source.
The mechanism uses an outer rotor type hysteresis synchronous motor with smooth rotation and less vibration.
In addition, we have adopted a polyurethane-based belt with less aging and reliable transmission, and a large double flywheel for the wheel.
We use our own Music Quick Select (MQS) system to further enhance tape play.
If you press the Fast-Forward or Rewind button in the middle of playback, the tape will be quickly wound with the playback circuit active, and normal playback will resume when you press the MQS Stop button.
Depending on the program source, purpose and application, 3 types of tapes (normal, Hi-Fi, Chrome) can be used under optimum conditions.
