Commentary

A bookshelf type speaker system with an all-neodymium magnet configuration.

An 8 inch cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
NRT (Neodymium Radial Technology) is used for the magnetic circuit.
In this technology, a neodymium magnet is magnetized radially from the center to the outside. The neodymium magnet magnetized by NRT has a structure in which the magnetic flux applied to the gap of the voice coil can be obtained uniformly even in a larger stroke than that of the conventional ferrite type. There is no decrease in the magnetic force to the voice coil even at the maximum amplitude, and no distortion occurs. The Woofer Unit uses an internal magnetic circuit of NRT. Structurally, there is no leakage of magnetic force. The magnet generates a strong magnetic field in the gap that drives the voice coil. Even at large amplitude, the voice coil is strongly driven, and a high-quality sound with damping is realized.

The mid-range is equipped with a 3.5 inch cone type mid-range.
The magnetic circuit uses a neodymium magnet that uses NRT technology similar to the woofer.

A line-source type tweeter unique to Aura Sound is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm of this unit has a structure with a vertically long voice coil at the center of the vibration band, which is driven by a neodymium magnet.
This structure realizes an ultra-wide directional characteristic of 180 degrees.

The network section uses a full-scale 12 dB slope, and only the tweeter highpass uses 18 dB.

The enclosure uses a bass reflex system.
The exterior is finished with piano finish.

Tri-wire configuration is used for the input terminal.
