Commentary
A pre-main amplifier developed as an improved version of the VA-100EV.
MOS-FET single push-pull configuration is adopted for the output stage.
In the VA-100EVII, the MOS-FET is mounted on an L/R separate aluminum block, and a heat sink is attached to each block to greatly improve heat exchange and vibration countermeasures.
The power supply uses a 200 VA toroidal transformer, which has twice the capacity of the VA-80SE, and the 4,700 μ capacitor is an independent board, completely separating the power supply from the main board.
Surface mounting is adopted for the phono stage to achieve low noise.
New high-quality volume is adopted.
In addition, high-quality parts such as a gold-plated input terminal and a special gold-plated speaker terminal for biwiring are used.
